Public Relations Manager Rolf Spaan | Rolf started in 2004 as staff member of V-Bird Virtual Airline in the function of Public Relations Manager and has helped to ensure in the early years that the VA get a name recognition within the flightsim world. The slogans V Bird VA - Very much alive and Dare to be different were launched by Rolf. On January 1, 2017 Rolf left the staff of the V-Bird VA Group for personal reasons. On February 15, 2019, Rolf made his last flight for V-Bird because his eyesight failed him. Rolf (Papasan) died unexpectedly on January 21, 2021. | ||

Documentalist Ton van Hamersveld | Ton made a lot of manuals for the VA of various programs during a long time. On March 14, 2018 Ton left the staff of the V-Bird VA Group for him motivating reasons. | ||

FOC Manager Bert van Beek | Bert was a staff member for a very long time and was responsible for the schedules for V-Bird VA and the Airlines combined in the VCA. In the summer of 2018 Bert left the staff of the V-Bird VA Group to devide all his free time on his greatest passion Photography. | ||

Real-Life Events Coördinator Arnold Kempen | Arnold was a staff member for more than a decade till he passed away on the 31st of March 2019 and was responsible for organising the Real-life Events of the V-Bird VA in the Netherlands. Arnold always took care of the cheerful need during meetings with his typical Amsterdam humor. | ||

ACEO Wim Hoogstraaten | Wim was a staffmember since the beginning of V-Bird in 2004, first Wim was responsible for everything concerning online flying and later on he became the Assistant CEO and helping people with hard -and software problems snd like Arnold also took care of the cheerful need during meetings Wim left the staff on September 1 2021 for him motivating reasons. |
